How to Order

Orders may be placed by specifying the applicable Freedom Microwave Part Number, along with the price quotation number, as well as including any specific instructions and requirements along with your purchase order. Orders received by fax or telephone will be initially process pending receipt of confirming purchase order. Receipt of confirming purchase order is required within 15 business days from initial authorization. Cancellation of any accepted order requires the written consent of Freedom Microwave, Inc. and will be under such terms which will satisfy all costs incurred by Freedom Microwave, Inc.

Freedom Microwave, Inc. has been assigned a Commercial And Gov't Entity  (CAGE) code of A4MU0.

Prices

Prices do not include state, local, or federal taxes, if and where applicable. Additionally, prices quoted do not include environmental testing, source inspection charges, qualification testing, etc. unless otherwise specified. Performance verification is normally provided via certificate of compliance, or can be provided via actual test data when specified at the time of order. Formal price and delivery quotations are valid for a period of 90 days, unless otherwise noted.

Delivery

Unless otherwise specified, shipments are normally made via United Parcel Service (UPS), prepaid, with the charges added to the invoice. International shipments can be consolidated via freight forwarders or by special arrangements made at the time of order. All shipments are considered to be F.O.B. origin.

Terms of Payment

All invoices are due and payable 30 days from the date of invoice. Unless credit has already been established, shipments will be made C.O.D. or upon receipt of advance payment.

Warranty

Freedom Microwave, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use, for a period of one year from date of shipment. Freedom Microwave, Inc., at its option and expense, will replace or repair any defective product arising from defects in material and workmanship. The determination of the existence of a defect shall be made solely by Freedom Microwave, Inc. This warranty does not apply to products which have been modified, disassembled, damaged, or subject to conditions exceeding applicable specifications. No returns shall be accepted unless a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number has been issued in advance by the factory. Returns must be shipped pre-paid.
 

This warranty is the extent of the liability assumed by Freedom Microwave, Inc. and no other warranty or guarantee is either expressed or implied. Freedom Microwave, Inc. is not liable for consequential damages.
